At Novel Unfolded, we’re committed to providing you with only the best books and service, but we understand that sometimes there may be reasons to return an item. Our return policy provides transparent and convenient conditions for making returns.
Terms of return
- Return Period : You can return the product within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Condition of the Product : The book must be in the same condition in which you received it: without damage, stains or signs of use. The original packaging, if any, should also be kept.
- Documents : Proof of purchase (cheque or order confirmation e-mail) is required for returns.
Return process

- After agreeing on the details, send the product back to our address. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is found to be defective or received in error.
Return of Funds
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you confirmation and begin the refund process. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
- If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Exchange of goods
If you would like to exchange the product for another product instead of returning it, please contact us and we will help you make the exchange.
Defective or Incorrectly Received Goods
If you receive a damaged item or one that is not what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible. We will replace the item for free or give you a refund.
